Three Endband Variations

Duration: 1 Day, Sunday Sept 25th

Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Course Fee: $95 members / non-members

Materials Fee: $20.00 payable to instructor

Prerequisite: BB2 or permission of the instructor


This one day workshop will give participants an opportunity to practice a variety of more advanced headbands such as a double core headband, a headband with crowning cores and a chevron headband. Participants should bring old telephone books or other sewn text blocks to build their examples on.


Don Taylor is a bookbinder and restorer who works and teaches in Toronto. He was trained in bookbinding and design at Sheridan College and the Three Schools of Art and has studied with Betsy Palmer Eldridge. His work is exhibited widely and is represented in public and private collections across Canada. He has taught for CBBAG since 1984. www.dontaylorbookbinder.com/
