Home Study - Guided Stream

In the Guided Stream, participants will be assigned a CBBAG instructor to be their mentor. The Guided Stream requires participants to submit models of each of the projects by mail at set intervals for critique and feedback from their mentor.

Participants who successfully complete Guided Stream workshops will have the required prerequisites for in-person core curriculum workshops. The successful completion of these workshops will also be counted towards the CBBAG Certificate of Completion.

In 2021 CBBAG began a process of updating and revising the Home Study Programme to offer an online learning experience using the platform Thinkific. As of July 2021, the Guided Stream of Bookbinding 1 will be presented online only.

The Guided Stream has three workshops for purchase:

  1. Bookbinding 1
  2. Bookbinding 2
  3. Bookbinding 3 and Introduction to Leather
