Paste Papers

Instructor: Don Taylor

Location: CBBAG Bindery (180 Shaw St, Toronto)

Duration: 1 Saturday, Nov. 10

Hours: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Course fee: $ 95 members/ non-members

Materials fee: $25 payable to the instructor

Prerequisite: None

Spend a stimulating day pushing pasty paint around, while practising the endlessly expressive art of paste grain papers.

We'll be covering the traditional sponged and combed methods and trying out some new tricks with modern materials such as acrylics, methyl cellulose and metal leaf, stencils, rollers, and frisket. The range of effects is astonishing.
